After working on the family farm and in small business, Stephen commenced practice in 2003 as a tax solicitor. He joined Michael, Whyte & Co in 2004, where his practice areas were commercial law and succession planning. Stephen co-founded Pacer Legal in December 2009 and retains a commercial interest in retail businesses located in country Western Australia.

Stephen proactively engages with rural cliental by attending regular visits to clients in Geraldton, Moora and Merredin.

Outside of work, his passions are family, West Coast Eagles, masters swimming and competing in the Busselton Half Ironman (the only criteria being finishing inside the cut off time).
