Trevor has 38 years’ experience in dealing with duty issues and is able to advise and prepare documents to obtain nominal duty assessments and exemptions from duty on transactions such as the vesting of trusts, company liquidations, transfers of property to and from superannuation funds and the transfer of a farm between family members.
